### UPCOMING EVENTS

As you might have seen from our website and social media, we’ve talked a lot about Toyota Kata in recent years. That's because we know it's a powerful methodology that can help develop everyday habits, skills sets, and capabilities in people. Kata helps create a common way of thinking and doing that aligns people's daily work with the long-term objectives of the organization. Can you see the potential in that?

Many companies have made using Kata a part of daily work, developing the capability of their people while simultaneously achieving challenging goals. What would it look like if your workforce was educated and empowered as proactive problem-solvers?

We have many upcoming opportunities for you to learn about and experience it for yourself. Join us online and in-person to learn more about how Kata can support your success.
