Leigh Ann Schildmeier specializes in developing, training, and implementing continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies that help clients increase efficiency, improve quality and service, and increase profits.
A frequent speaker and coach on process improvement topics, Leigh Ann is a certified Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, and experienced Kata Coach & Trainer with an Interdisciplinary Engineering degree from Purdue and an MBA from Anderson University.

Leigh Ann has worked with Lean Six Sigma since her undergraduate studies and mastered the Lean “Kaizen” approach with coaching from the prestigious Harris Lean Systems. With more than 20 years of experience, she has used her expertise to create value for businesses across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, business services, and manufacturing.
Leigh Ann is president of Park Avenue Solutions, the process improvement consulting firm that she founded in 2005. Under her leadership, the team at Park Avenue Solutions works to empower excellence in organizations by improving processes and coaching teams to make businesses run more efficiently.
Leigh Ann has served as Regional Director over the ASQ (American Society for Quality) Mountain Region since 2019 and as an ASQ National Board member since 2021. She is also the 2022-2023 President-Elect of the IISE (Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers) Operations Excellence division.
A long-time advocate for manufacturing and STEM education, Leigh Ann served on the Advisory Board for Purdue Polytechnic and as a sponsoring member of Women & Hi Tech and the Wabash Valley Lean Network.
Leigh Ann is married and has two Beagles. She is a foodie, avid golfer, car enthusiast, Reds Baseball fan, and a loyal Purdue Boilermaker.
